MineBridge FAQ
This section answers the most common questions about using MineBridge. If you don’t see your issue covered here, please open a support ticket in the RuneMine Discord and provide your transaction ID.
🟄 How long does bridging take?
Bitcoin → Solana/NEAR: Usually 30 minutes – 2 hours, depending on Bitcoin network conditions.
Solana/NEAR → Bitcoin: Typically faster, around 15 – 30 minutes, since Solana and NEAR confirm instantly and only one Bitcoin block confirmation is required on the other side.
🟄 Which chains are supported?
At present, MineBridge supports bridging between:
Bitcoin (Runes)
Solana (SPL tokens)
NEAR
~ Support for EVM chains is coming soon.
🟄 Which tokens can I bridge?
Most major Runes tokens are already supported on MineBridge, with new communities joining all the time. The interface only shows tokens that are currently live and bridgeable, so you’ll never have to guess.

🟄 Do I need SOL or NEAR for gas?
It depends. MineBridge covers the destination gas fee only.
For transactions originating on Bitcoin: MineBridge covers Solana and NEAR gas fees using the small bridge fee (0.5% – 1%) that is deducted from your transfer. You do not need to hold SOL or NEAR to complete a bridge transaction from Bitcoin, only BTC to cover the Bitcoin network fee.
For transactions originating on Solana or NEAR: You will need to also hold SOL or NEAR to cover the network gas fee to initiate the bridge transaction. MineBridge covers the fee on the Bitcoin side using the bridge fee.
🟄 What fees will I pay?
There are two kinds of fees when bridging:
Network fee: For transactions originating on Bitcoin, this is paid in BTC to miners on the network. You can choose the fee rate (Slow / Medium / Fast / Custom). For transactions originating on Solana or NEAR, this is paid in SOL or NEAR and is automatically calculated.
Bridge fee: 0.5% – 1% of the transferred amount (depending on the token), deducted automatically from the amount of tokens on the destination chain. This fee is used to cover the destination network fees, operational costs and 100% of the remaining amount goes into the MINE Buyback program to boost community staking rewards.
🟄 My transaction is pending. What should I do?
If you are bridging from Bitcoin, remember that 3 confirmations are required. This can take 30 minutes or longer if the network is congested.
If the transaction is still pending after 3 confirmations or turns to 'error', open a support ticket in the RuneMine Discord and provide your transaction ID, wallet address and relevant details. Our team can check and help to resolve.
🟄 I received an error: “Not enough UTXOs.” What does this mean?
This error happens when your Bitcoin wallet doesn’t have enough unspent outputs (UTXOs) to complete the bridge transaction.
Make sure your payment address (usually starting with bc1q) has enough BTC (Bitcoin) available to cover fees.
Some wallets (like UniSat or OKX) can use Taproot addresses (bc1p) as the payment address. If you only have funds in bc1q, try sending some sats to your bc1p address.
Double-check your wallet’s payment address settings if they’re customisable. Ensure BTC is held in the correct payment address.
If you have enough BTC, clear any outstanding/pending transactions. Wait for them to confirm, then try again.
🟄 I received an error: “Network connection issue." What does this mean?
This error usually indicates a temporary connection problem between your wallet, the MineBridge interface, and the network.
Check your internet connection is stable.
Refresh the MineBridge page and reconnect your wallet.
Wait a few minutes and try again - this error is often temporary.
If the error persists after multiple attempts, open a ticket in the RuneMine Discord and include your wallet address and any transaction details. Our team will review and assist.
🟄 I bridged the wrong amount / wrong address. Can you recover my tokens?
No. All bridge transactions are final once submitted and cannot be reversed. Always double-check the token, amount, and destination address before clicking Bridge.
🟄 I encountered an error after bridging. What now?
Don’t worry - errors can happen from time to time due to network conditions or high traffic. If you run into an issue:
Copy your transaction ID.
Open an official ticket in the RuneMine Discord.
Provide the transaction details (TXID, wallet address, and a description of the error).
Our team will review and, if needed, retry your transaction. The more detail you share, the faster we can resolve the issue.

You can monitor your transaction directly on-chain via the links provided in the transaction history:
Bitcoin: mempool.space
Solana: Solscan or SolanaFM
NEAR: Nearblocks
